NY-DIGNITY

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Please read these terms before using nydignity.org. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What this project is

NYDignity is an independent project — Driver Utility, Economic Transparency, Driver Retirement Initiative, Industry Information, and Advocacy. It is not the TLC, not a government program, and not a tax-deductible charity. Support NYDignity does not make you a member, owner, or beneficiary of a retirement plan.

2. Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, actuarial, financial, or investment advice. Retirement materials are proposals and illustrations for public dialogue. The Scenario Calculator is illustrative only. No retirement product exists today. Do not make money decisions based only on this site.

3. Support NYDignity

Voluntary support through Stripe Payment Links does not create ownership, retirement benefits, membership, or any guaranteed benefit. Payments are processed by Stripe. NYDignity does not store card numbers. Contributions are not tax-deductible.

4. Joining and Pulse

Signing the join form adds your voice to the public record of this initiative. It does not enroll you in a plan. The Community Pulse is optional and is not a scientific survey.

5. Third-party links

We link to the TLC, YouTube, Beehiiv, Stripe, and other sites. Those sites are not NYDignity. We are not responsible for their content or their rules.

6. Availability

The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will always be up, error-free, or complete. Pages may change.

7. Abuse

Do not use this site to break the law, spam, harvest data, impersonate NYDignity, or attack the service. We may restrict access if we believe someone is abusing the forms or the site.

8. Intellectual property

Site text, the N mark, and documents we publish are for personal, non-commercial reading unless we say otherwise. Do not copy the site as if it were your product.

9. New York law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
